National Honor Society held its induction on May 22, 2014 at the First Baptist Activity Center. New Hanover inducted 94 new members.
On June 25, 1926, eighty-eight years ago next month, the National Honor Society of Secondary Schools granted New Hanover High School our original charter. The National Association was only founded five years earlier in 1921, thus making New Hanover one of the oldest chartered members in the nation.
This years officers presided over the ceremony.
